Hi everyone! Samsung has released the awesome new version of Gear VR for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge phones and there are a lot of improvements over the previous version. Gear VR for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge is supported with all the videos of our website!

Follow these steps for watching our content in your Gear VR:

Milk VR

If you want to download the content from a PC/Mac computer:

• Install Milk VR in your phone
• Connect the Galaxy S6 or Note 4 to your computer with the USB cable
• Download the video file into the computer
• Copy it within your phone in the folder:
  • For the SD Card: “Card\MilkVR”. If the folder doesn’t exists, create it
  • For the Phone memory: “Phone\Android\data\com.samsung.vrvideo\files”
• If your system asks you about converting the files, select “No”
• Now, the video is ready for watching with the “Milk VR” app.

If you want to download the content from the Galaxy S6 or Note 4:

• Install Milk VR in your phone
• Download the video file with the internet browser
• When the download is finished, go to “My files” app
• Tap on “Storage”
• Tap on “Download”
• Tap on the upper right icon (three dots) and tap on “Select”
• Select the downloaded file
• Tap on the upper right icon (three dots) and tap on “Move”
• Select:
  • For the SD Card: “Card\MilkVR”. If the folder doesn’t exists, create it
  • For the Phone memory: “Phone\Android\data\com.samsung.vrvideo\files”
• Now, the video is ready for watching with the “Milk VR” app, inside the “Downloaded” section

Oculus 360 Video

Follow the same steps as Milk VR, but put the video files in the “Oculus\360Video” folder of the SD card or Phone memory.

• Milk VR: Samsung have retired the app in many countries temporarily, but don’t worry, you can watch our videos in the Oculus 360 Video app by putting the video file in the “Oculus\360Videos” folder of the SD card. There are also some solutions for the Milk VR in the Oculus Forum.
