Amarna Miller in “Good Morning” and new version of VirtualRealPlayer!

We have released a new version of our video player with many bug corrections and some requests of the users:
VirtualRealPlayer 0.3alpha version
You have to note that this is a very initial release, it’s compatible with DK1 & DK2 only on Windows computers.
This version works with our last 8 videos (trailers included), you have to download the videos and place them in the folder c:[PlayerExtractionFolder]Videos
It’s very recommended to unzip this new version in a new VirtualRealPlayer folder.
These are the commands:
- Space key / Mouse left-click: shows/hide the controls
- Esc: quits the application
- F2: recenter the view
- Zoom:
- W / S: change the Zoom
- E: reset the Zoom
- IPD:
- A / D: change the IPD of the video
- R: reset the IPD
- Vertical Rotation:
- PgUp / PgDn: change the vertical rotation
- Home: reset the vertical rotation
When you change the IPD, the Zoom and Vertical Rotation settings, the player stores your personal configuration for every video for later watching.
We’ll keep improving the player with many more new options. Please, try our player and send us your feedback!

The VirtualRealPlayer is not working for me. It is listing the Videos that are in the Video folder, but if I select one, the screen stays black. When I press Space only the Mousecursor is visible, but the controls aren’t.
I use Window 8.1. Any idea what the problem could be? Do I have to install a codec? The Videos do run fine in VRPlayer.

The videos are clearly getting better over time. Leaving the camera in the same position and making sure the male model stays aligned all the time is the right way to do it. And going with more natural girls is a good move. This chick is amazing. Love it when they come close to the camera, as it accentuates the 3D feel. She came a little too close once or twice in this video which made me go cross eyed, but for the most part it’s really good when they are in 1 – 3 feet of the camera.
Keep it up. I like the constant improvements.

Signed up for a year membership due to the fantastic quality and constant improvement of the videos. I appreciate your development of VirtualRealPlayer, it simplifies the watching of the videos and is by far the best viewing experience I’ve had for your videos. I’ve tried both VR Player and Liveviewrift, and since they don’t have a “directtorift” option and the latter doesn’t have presets for your videos, they both leave me wanting. I do also appreciate it when the models are close to the camera, having them far away from the camera should only be reserved for brief moments. Especially appreciate the moments in “Good Morning” when Amarna gets close to the camera. Amarna’s close shots are the best close camera experience I’ve had only 3rd to “Hot Bath” and “After Party”, which were both just stunning pieces of work… thank you, thank you, thank you!

is it possible to play the video’s on IOS using google cardboard?
Hello finley, currently there isn’t a good VR video player for our videos in iOS, but you can try our trailers with Homido VR app.
I get the same result as Matti when using VirtualRealPlayer_0.3alpha (black screen, can view the controls by clicking, but no video, no matter which file I load). I uninstalled CCCP and installed K-Lite 1085, resetting all codec configurations and so on and it’s still the same. I’m on win7x64. I will be going back to using MaxVR.
Hello Nik, we have found the solution to that problem: Run “Codec Tweaker” application, go to “Preferred decoders” and change “H.264″ from “Microsoft” to “LAV Video”. Please contact us if you continue having problems!
I have tested 0.4 and changing the preferred decoder works. 🙂 Really cool, thanks for the help. For this player to be perfect I’d just need some keyboard commands for controlling the playback… 😛

Ive downloaded the trailer to the Videos folder, but it says No video found. Any idea why?
