Is VR Porn Worth It?

The first time I tried VR porn I wanted to start talking to the girl. The realism of the video was above all expectations. The short answer if it is worth it or not is yes, it is.

The slightly longer answer is that it depends on a few things.

If you already have a VR headset, you’ve already made the biggest part of the investment and a premium VR porn site membership cost is negligible and absolutely worth it in my opinion.

If you don’t already have the VR headset, I would say the answer if VR porn is worth it is maybe it is. If you have the money to spend I would say it is worth it, but if you’re on a tight budget, I would probably wait until VR headsets are a bit cheaper.

I used a HTC VIVE PRO 2 VR Headset with a 5K resolution which was about $680 without the controllers. The controllers I use are the Valve 2x Index controllers + 2x basestation. Those were about $880. If you’re buying a VR headset for the porn and not care so much about gaming, I would just probably purchase some cheaper controllers.

The 5K resolution of the HTC VIVE PRO 2 VR Headset was able to produce decent image quality, but it left a bit to be desired still. I am not sure if I would happy with very much lower than 5K resolution.

I believe that VR porn will grow in popularity as the tech develops and the VR headsets are cheaper and less bulky. The experience is much more realistic than regular porn!
