You can cancel your membership whenever you want:

• Epoch / PayPal: To cancel an account billed through Epoch, you will need at least two of the following pieces of information to find your account. Use the same information that your account has in order to locate it.
  • Member ID
  • E-mail Address
  • Username
  • Card number

• Verotel: In order to cancel your subscription through Verotel you will need only the next information:
  • E-mail Address
  • Card number

  Go to https://secure.verotel.com/cancellookup and follow the instructions found there.

• CCBill: To cancel your subscription trough CCBill you will need to know the next information:
  • The Payment method (Credit Card, Online check, etc.)
  • E-mail Address
  • Credit Card
  • Subscription ID

  Go to https://support.ccbill.com/ and follow the instructions found there.

• CommerceGate: In order to cancel your subscription through CommerceGate you will need only the next information:
  • E-mail Address
  • Card number
